What is Breakfast Club?
Breakfast Club is a club that is run at the school before the start of the school day.
It provides a reliable childcare solution and a good start to the day for many children.
Offering a balanced breakfast and time to settle in before the school day begins.
What happens a Breakfast Club?
Breakfast Club gives children time to settle into the school environment.
It offers plenty of fun engaging activities and games for all to enjoy before starting their school day, including sports, crafts, a variety of games and much more.
Breakfast club also offers a variety of breakfast items for the children to enjoy,
all included within the price.
Breakfast Menu
Buttered or Cheese on toast x 2 slices or a bowl of Cereal
and
Fresh Fruit with a glass of Milk or Fruit Juice
When does Breakfast Club run?
Breakfast Club runs every day – Monday to Friday
Between 8:00am and 8:45am
Where is Breakfast Club held?
Breakfast Club is run in the school hall and access to it is via the Small Green Gate.
If there are no Breakfast Club at the small gate, please use the front reception area.
Who run’s Breakfast Club?
Mrs Smart, Mrs O’Connell and Mrs Rayner. Familiar faces the children are used to seeing around the school and at other clubs the academy has on offer.
Who can attend Breakfast Club?
Breakfast Club is on offer for all pupils at Swaffham CE Primary Academy,
from Reception through to Year 6.
For children who have an Education Health Care Plan: a meeting is needed with Mrs Rice prior to booking a place so we can make sure that we have the support in place to meet your child’s SEND
How much does Breakfast Club cost?
The current cost if £4.00 per session.
How do I sign my child up for Breakfast Club?
You can sign your child/ren to Breakfast Club by completing a Contract and Registration Form.
To ensure we do not exceed staff/pupil ratios, all Breakfast Club bookings and payments must be made in advance via ParentMail.

Otters Afterschool Club Wraparound Care

What is Otters After School Club?
Otters After School Club is a club that is runs from 3.15pm to either 4.30pm or 5.30pm depending on your requirements.
It provides a reliable childcare solution.
What happens at Otters After School Club?
Each afternoon we offer a variety of themed activities that will change weekly. We keep you updated on our weekly themes and activities through our Dojo page, so you can stay connected with all the fun happening.
All children will have a drink and a snack (biscuit, breadsticks) when our session begins so we can catch up on our day at school and have a rest before our
fun starts.
When dose Otters After School Club run?
Otters After School Club runs every day – Monday to Friday
3.15pm to 4.30pm
Or
3.15pm to 5.30pm
If you wish your child to stay until 5.30pm please provide them with a home packed meal, which will be collected from class in the mornings and stored in our fridge
Where is Otters After School Club held?
Otters After School Club is held in the Lodge, a designated room for after school wraparound care, a fun and engaging environment for your child to play and enjoy.
