The SPA Way is all about 'how we do things' at Swaffham Primary Academy. It encompasses our behaviour and attitudes.

We have introduced Attendance Ants to inspire, motivate and champion our attendance. Each class has their 'Attendance Ant' mascot and at Celebration Assemblies they are all brought to assembly. Someone who has consistently demonstrated the SPA Way will bring the Ant into assembly. The class with the greatest attendance that week will have their Ant crowned and earn their class a certficiate. This was launched in March 2023 and Curlews had our very first King Attendance Ant.
