Lunches

We offer a range of meals each day, (please see below for our current menu) including: a main option; a meat free option or a jacket potato with a choice of toppings. Lunches must be ordered (even if your child is entitled to Free School Meals or Universal Free School Meals) and paid for in advance through the ParentMail. Lunches cost £2.70. We are a cashless school.

 

Ordering/Payment

Log on to www.parentmail.co.uk or download the ParentMail app and we will set up an account for you. Once set up you will be sent a login to the email address you have provided us. Please speak to the school office if you need more information about how you can order or pay online.

Is my child eligible?

 

Children in Reception and Years 1 and 2 are entitled to Universal Free School Meals at no cost to families.

Children in Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 pay for lunches, unless you believe you are entitled to Free School Meals. You can apply for Free School Meals online using the link below:

More Information on Universal Free School Meals for children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2

Children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 automatically get free school meals if they go to school. This is called universal infant free school meals. This is different to benefit-related free school meals and you do not have to apply, but if you receive one of the benefits listed below, you should still register below. This is because it can help raise extra funds for your child's school (called Pupil Premium).

 

  • Universal Credit - with an annual earned income of no more than £7,400 after tax
  • Income Support
  • Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
  • Support under Part 6 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999
  • The guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • Working Tax Credit run-on (paid for the four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)
  • Child Tax Credit (with no Working Tax Credit) with an annual gross income of no more than £16,190
